Zelf gebruiken we de woning ook in alle jaargetijden als uitvalsbasis naar zee en strand, bezoek aan diverse steden en bezienswaardigheden in de Randstad. Het huis is 120m2 en heeft een heerlijke voortuin op het zuiden, kortom de hele dag zon! Gelegen in een vriendelijke buurt, ideaal voor families en grotere gezelschappen. Vanuit het huis loop je in 5 min naar het strand (500 m). Het is niet toegestaan in het huis of in de tuin te roken en /of drugs te gebruiken.
